This villa houses a total of four holiday flats. The fully loaded apartments can be rented individually or together and are ideal for a couple, a family or a group of up to 18 people. The newly renovated villa (2016) is located on Paguera, only 5 minutes on foot from the sandy beach. The spacious house is quietly located, yet close to shops, amenities and the beach. Groups of sportsmen are welcome.

The comfortable, well-maintained holiday property has a total of 450 heated and air conditioned m². It is bright and comfortable. The entire house (atraveo number 1171343) has a total of six bedrooms, four comfortable living rooms with sofa beds, four kitchens and six bathrooms. The largest apartment, atraveo number 193993 is located on the ground floor and accommodates up to eight people in three bedrooms on 135 m². Holiday flat atraveo number 1193995 (first floor) and holiday flat atraveo number 1193996 (ground floor) can each accommodate three people on 40 m² in a double bedroom. Holiday flat atraveo number 1193999 accommodates up to four people on 45 m². Each apartment has a safe. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The large salt water pool with a kiddie pool, outdoor shower, water fall and relax areea is embedded in the 1,500 m², mediterranean garden. A spacious barbecue area lets you prepare your meals al fresco. There are a total of five patios, two with ocean views, furnished with sun loungersm chairs and table for a total of 18 people. The pool and garden are well maintained. There is also a foosball table, a sauna for five people and a bicycle room for up to 20 bikes. There are four showers and changing room with a toilet with the sauna. There are three car parking spaces in the courtyard.

For sportsmen, we offer highly qualifies massage and physical therapy sessions upon request. He can also come to the house.

The property is near the beach (400-1200 m), and the town centre (300 meters), where you can find shops, restaurants, medical care, a pharmacy, a bakery, hair salons and auto, bicycle and trike rentals. A professional bicycle centre can be found only 200 meters from the house. Paguera has beautiful beaches with clean water, a long boulevard with many shops and small houses. The airport is approximately 20 minutes from the property. It is 450 meters to a bus stop, 650 meters to a tennis court and 2 km to a golf course.

Largest apartment with two patios and partial ocean views

This 135 m² holiday flat offers a double bedroom, a living room with two comfy sofa beds, a dining room with access to the patio, a large kitchen, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The three bedrooms are each furnished with two 90 x 200 cm single beds, which can be combined to a double bed. Upon request two children's cots can be provided. The bedrooms also house a wardrobe with a tall mirror and a safe. The living room is furnished with two comfortable sofa beds (150 x 200 cm) and an armchair. For your evening entertainment, there is a satellite TV, a CD player and a radio. The fireplace offers a relaxing ambiance during the cooler months. Firewood is included in the rental price. The dining room is furnished with a large table for up to eight people. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including two refrigerators, two dishwashers, a freezer, a ceran stove and oven and small appliances, such as a toaster, a kettle and a coffee maker. The first bathroom boasts a glass enclosed shower, a toilet, a hair dryer, a towel drying rack and a sink. The second bathroom boasts a bathtub, a double sink with a large mirror, a toilet, a hair dryer and a towel drying rack. All rooms have heating/air conditioning.

    “Wir haben eine tolle, geräumige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung vorgefunden. Das gesamte Gebäude ist sehr schön und neu renoviert. Die Lage ist großartig, man ist sehr schnell zu Fuß am Strand und findet in unmittelbarer Nähe kleine Lädchen und Restaurants. Der Garten der Anlage inklusive Pool ist sehr schön gestaltet und bietet abseits vom Trubel eine Oase der Entspannung.

    Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie bietet auch Tips für Ausflüge, Restaurants etc. falls gewünscht.

    Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Objekt ohne Einschränkung weiter empfehlen.”

    “Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung!!! Sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet, großzügig geschnitten mit Platz für mindestens 8 Personen! Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt... praktisch "wie zu Hause"! Es war für ausreichend Handtücher (auch große Pool-und Strandhandtücher) gesorgt, selbst Ersatzbettwäsche lag parat (zur Not ist auch eine Waschmaschine vorhanden). Toll war auch der vorhandene super schnelle Gratis-WLAN-Zugang! Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen und sie natürlich auch wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Nicht zu vergessen ist die sehr liebevolle Betreuung (die Kaffeemaschine wollte nicht so wie wir... ein Anruf und umgehend stand eine nagelneue Maschine vor der Tür)!

    Noch erwähnenswert ist die super geregelte An-u. Abreise. Wir konnten bei der Anreise bereits früh morgens in die Wohnung und am Abreisetag bis zum Abfahrt (18 Uhr) bleiben! Diese Wohnung und das ganze Haus samt Garten/Poolanlage ist mehr als 5 Sterne wert!”
