Holiday apartment with a terrace, very close to the beach and situated in a quiet bay
This holiday apartment is in a quiet and tranquil bay in the little village Ždrelac on the island of Pasman. It is situated in the most beautiful archipelago of the Adriatic between the Kornati Islands and the town Zadar, an ideal destination for holiday guests seeking a quiet place to relax and rest away from tourism. You can hear the crickets chirping and smell the sea. A holiday that appeals to all the senses awaits you.
The apartment is on the ground floor, measures around 45m² ad is suitable for two adults and two children. There is a second separate holiday apartment next to it on the ground floor. The living room-kitchen provides a double sofa bed (145 x 185cm) and a TV, as well as a dining space with four chairs and a kitchen unit equipped with a hob (gas and electric), oven, fridge and microwave. The adjoining bedroom is furnished with a wardrobe and two single beds (90 x 200cm) that can be joined together as a double bed. The separate bathroom has a shower and WC. A travel bed for a toddler can be provided on request, as well as a further single bed (80 x 190cm) and a fan.
The private terrace in front of the apartment affords a sea view and has garden furniture (a table, four chairs) and a parasol. The site is fenced and is therefore suitable for children. Your pets are welcome at no supplementary charge. The garden, which is shared with the other guests, also has a grill area and a free parking space.
As there is no Internet connection, you can relax and switch off completely. The upper floor of the house is occupied by the owner’s mother from spring to early autumn.
A small, clean beach that is ideal for children is right near the apartment. The clear water, the landscape and the beautiful beaches will contribute to releasing any stress naturally. An island road connects all localities. Zdrelac is connected to the island of Ugljan via a bridge. It is 1000 metres to the centre of the locality with a grocery shop, café and restaurants open all year round. Right next to the apartment, about 50 metres away, there is a little café and grocery shop. A little further away there is also a restaurant. All of these are only open during the season.
