- The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed.

Beautiful detached villa with stone lined pool. Newly built and for 6 people, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one en suite, Kitchen fully equipped and opens directly to the living room creating very clear spaces with windows to access the pool area.


The exterior of the house is surrounded by shrubs and flowers. WIFI available.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00. € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.


IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR LATE ARRIVALS:


BOOKED FLIGHTS MUST LAND IN PALMA BEFORE 9:00 PM. THE COLLECTION OF KEYS WILL BE CARRIED OUT AT ANY TIME (FLIGHT DELAYS, DELAYS IN THE COLLECTION OF THE RENTAL CAR, ETC) BUT THE ARRIVAL WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON FLIGHTS THAT LAND IN PALMA AFTER 9:00 PM. 


The price includes 300kw of electricity consumption. The meter will be read at check-in and check-out and in case of exceeding 300kw the extra kw will be charged at 0.30€/kw. 


A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.


The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20€ /night.

Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.

20% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 61st day prior to arrival
50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the day prior to arrival
100% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.

    “Zeer net en ordelijk, jammer dat er niet meer poets gerief aanwezig was. En dat bij een verblijf van 2 weken geen wissel voorzien is van het bed en badlinnen. Maar alles was volgens de beschrijving juist en de foto's zijn zoals het huis en tuin in realiteit is.”

    “Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig, für uns war das sehr angenehm. Positiv: Außenbereich. Outdoor Küche. Lounge Bereich. Negativ: Bäder in der. Vorsaison leider ohne Heizung, dadurch kalt.
    Die Ausstattung der Küche, insbesondere Geschirr, Töpfe und Besteck könnte mal erneuert werden. Leider gab es keine Pflegeprodukte für den Geschirrspüler (Salz und Klarspüler). Restaurant: Da Terassa in Cala Pi. - Super Essen und tolle Atmosphäre bei Jose”
