The apartment house with one-room and two-room apartments enjoys a quiet, attractive location on the edge of the Kurpark (large park including a playground) in the seaside town Breege-Juliusruh, only about a ten-minute walk from the long white sandy beach at the Baltic Sea (Schaabe) and a 10-minute walk from the Breeger Bodden.
The building is surrounded by a large garden. All the holiday apartments have a kitchen unit with the usual appliances, a car parking space on the fenced site, a grill area, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. This apartment on the upper floor has a living room with a comfortable sofa and two armchairs, satellite TV, a modern kitchen unit with the usual appliances such as a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a dining corner. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed 160cm wide and a single bed 90cm wide. The bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin.
You can share use of the large garden, with several seating groups and a grill.
