Amplios Apartamentos en Primera Línea de Playa con 2 dormitorios ,cocina equipada, salón con sofá cama y TV y amplia terraza con impresionantes vistas al mar. El edificio se complementa con Piscina del 15/06 al 15/09 y Pista de Tenis.

Situado en primerísima línea de playa en el amplio Paseo Marítimo de Velilla. Parque Acuático a 500m Bares, Restaurantes y Chiringuitos de Playa a sólo 100m.



En las estancias largas de invierno (+ de 2 semanas) no están incluidos todos los consumos de electricidad (se incluyen 50KW por semana).
