House Description: The house was built in the late 70s, but the interior was renovated in 2016. It is divided into two fully equipped apartments. The first-floor apartment (Apartment A) has three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a fully equipped toilet. The second-floor apartment (Apartemnt B) has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and two fully equipped toilets.

    “Was für eine schöne Unterkunft! Toller Ausblick, gute Ausstattung, schöne Einrichtung, mehr als ausreichend Platz, nette Gastgeber.
    Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns wunderbar entspannt. Allerdings sollte man sich den Stress sparen und ein (größeres) Auto am Hafen stehen lassen, statt bis zum Haus zu fahren. Die „Straße“ ist wirklich sehr eng. (Uns wurde angeboten, dass Gepäck abzuholen)
    Das Haus liegt am Hang, die 81 Stufen hoch halten fit ?? und fürs Gepäck gibt es einen Aufzug. Sehr praktisch.
    Dafür sind es vom Haus auch nur etwa 90 Stufen bis zum Meer.
    Das Örtchen hat einen kleinen, aber gut gefüllten Supermarkt und Restaurants, die zwar nicht billig, aber lecker sind (zumindest das, wo wir waren).
    Wir können die Unterkunft von Herzen empfehlen.”

    “Wir sind als Gruppe von 9 Freund*innen nach Brac gereist und haben eine großartige Woche in dieser tollen Unterkunft verbringen dürfen.
    Das Haus und die Ausstattung sind fantastisch! Es ist alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt: Eine große Steinterrasse bietet ausreichend Platz für größere Gruppen, ein direkter Meer-Zugang, ein toller Steingrill, eine Außenküche, mehrere kleinere Terrassen und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, zwei voll ausgestattete Küchen, ein Tischfußballtisch (einer unserer absoluten Favoriten - danke dafür noch einmal)! Besonders gut hat uns auch der kleine Hafenort Bobovisca gefallen, welcher in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Hier lädt einfach alles zum Verweilen ein. Wir wurden direkt nach Ankunft sehr herzlich aufgenommen und willkommen geheißen (Liebe Grüße an dieser Stelle an unsere beiden tollen Nachbarinnen :))
    Unser host und seine Frau waren super zuvorkommend und haben sich wirklich toll um uns gekümmert. An dieser Stelle noch einmal ein große Dankeschön :)

    Wir hatten riesen Spaß auf Brac und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

    “Positiv: Villa composée de 3 appartements dans une superbe baie. Très belle vue au calme.
    Gros souci, l'accès. Approcher de l'appartement avec la voiture est très délicat et il n'y a pas de possibilité de se garer. Attention, il faut également être prêt à monter ses bagages sur 81 marches. Sinon, belle cuisine d'été assez peu équipée néanmoins. Propriétaire disponible et agréable.”
