In 2019, this house was built in the middle of the vacation home park Wolfsschlucht near Prüm in the district of Walcherath, which is currently under construction.

Here you have the opportunity to rent an energetically optimized vacation home of modern construction with high-quality comfortable equipment as a vacation home. The entire living area is at ground level and easily accessible from the parking space in front of the house. The entire first floor is barrier-free and meets the current standards of the inclusion law. This makes the house suitable for people with limited mobility. Bathroom and toilet are thus usable even with a walker or wheelchair. In addition, an open gallery with two single beds is available to them on the 1st floor as another bedroom and recreation room.

The heating of the whole house is comfortably ensured by heat pump technology in connection with an underfloor heating. In the cold season they enjoy the evenings in the living room in front of the fireplace with family, friends or relax in their own modern infrared cabin after an eventful day.

On sunny days, the terrace belonging to the house invites you to relax in the nature and tranquility of the recreation area Wolfschlucht.

The recreation area Wolfschlucht belongs to the municipality of Prüm. As a recognized climatic health resort in the German-Belgian Nature Park, Prüm has a forest swimming pool, indoor leisure pool with sauna, solarium with medical bath department, spa park, tennis court and indoor riding arena. The city center of Prüm from your accommodation is easily accessible by car in about 4 km and via a well-maintained hiking trail in about 3 km on foot.
From your vacation accommodation you can start your outdoor activities directly. Well-developed hiking and biking trails, sights and nature are waiting to be explored by them. Marked hiking trails open up the landscape and offer wonderful views and resting opportunities. This applies in the same way to the excursion areas "Wolfsschlucht", "Schwarzer Mann", "Prümer Kalkmulde" as well as to the valley of "Schönecker Schweiz" with its bizarre rock formations.

For a carefree cycling fun in the border triangle Germany-Luxembourg-Belgium, the railroad routes "Prümtal-Radweg" and "Eifel-Ardennen-Radweg" offer best conditions for families and seniors. The premium cycle paths are signposted throughout.
Culinary, the Eifel region offers regional specialties as well as international culinary delights according to individual tastes.

In the winter months, when snow conditions are good, you can enter a groomed cross-country ski trail only about 50 meters away or reach the ski area Wolfsschlucht (570 meters above sea level) with drag lift and the ski lodge operated by the ski club Prüm all year round in about 250 meters. In good weather conditions the skiing area is additionally covered with technical snow. On weekends floodlight skiing and après-ski are offered. In about 14 km distance is the somewhat larger ski and recreation area ?Schwarzer Mann? (697 m above sea level) can be reached.

The region and the vacation house offer you all year round the best conditions for relaxing vacations according to your individual ideas.

The vacation area is currently still under construction. Its immediate surroundings are mostly finished, the work in the 2nd construction phase will take place from summer 2022.
