Nice Holiday House in Trastevere with Terrace and Garden

Quaint and bright cottage about 35 sm, 5 minutes walking from Santa Maria in Trastevere. Double entrance and a pleasant independent court. Recently restored. Downstairs you have a nice living room (english antique furniture, double sofa, satellite TV) a bright kitchen (with gas cookers, electric oven, refrigerator and washing machine) and a bathroom with shower cabin. Upstairs you have the bed and the closet. The cottage can house up to 4 people. The cottage is located 5 minutes walking from Santa Maria in Trastevere on a hill which is linked to the street by a flight of about 40 steps (height 15 cm each) I have to admit thet when I first saw this cottage I fell in love with it. I was fascinated by it and by the surroundings. I thought "I want to live in a place like this. It is a place where you can enjoy after a day visiting Rome and share for a pleasant stay with friends.The cottage is five minutes walking from the Basilica of Santa Maria in Trastevere which is the heart of the historical village of Trastevere.     “Wohnung in praktischer Lage in tollem Stadtviertel; bei mehr Sauberkeit gäbe es eine bessere Empfehlung; für Rucksacktouristen allemal gut Positiv: kurze Entfernung zum Zentrum; ruhige Lage; unkompliziertes Check-in und Check-out; äußerst nützliche Garage in 10 minütiger Entfernung gegen Aufpreis vorhanden Negativ: Besteck und Geschirr mussten wir zuerst spülen; einige Ameisen im Bad; das Bild in der Anzeige (Außenansicht) entspricht nicht dem vermieteten Objekt; Objekt ist nur für max. 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind sinnvoll Umgebung: Supermarket, restaurant, market - super Süßigkeitengeschäft am großen Markt”

    “Super Unterkunft - Großartig für Familiensehr gut ausgestattetes Appartement. Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen und Essen benötigt. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Betten sind gut und die Zimmer geräumig. Saubere Bettwäsche und Handtuchservice ist empfehlenswert. Sehr sauberes Appartement. Der Blick auf den gegenüber liegenden Berg ist einmalig! Die Erholung beginnt mit dem ersten Tag.”
