    “Grundsätzlich ist das Haus sauber, ordentlich und schön. Es liegt sehr schön in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet auf einem großen Eckgrundstück. Es ist nicht weit bis ans Wasser, etwa 10 Minuten Fußmarsch. Der Indoor-Pool ist ebenfalls sehr schön und man kann in dem Haus ein paar wirklich schöne Tage verbringen. Wir waren im Herbst dort und konnten die großen, umlaufenden Terrassen und den großen Garten nicht mehr wirklich nutzen, aber im Sommer sind sie bestimmt toll, denn irgendwo ist immer Sonne.

    Leider ist das Haus an vielen Stellen doch schon sehr abgewohnt, Das Laminat im Flur und Wohnzimmer, der Teppich im Schlafzimmer und auch am Poolbereich müsste dann doch mal ein bisschen saniert werden, um auch den Preis zu rechtfertigen.
