Our house is located in a sunny and peaceful spot providing panoramic views, on the edge of the Forchet nature reserve (10 walking minutes to the center). Winter highlights, cross-country skiing tracks, ski areas and a toboggan run within 5 - 45 driving minutes, either by car or with the free skibus shuttle. Ski Region Hochoetz-Kühtai (3km), Sölden ski area (32km), Obergurgl/Hochgurgl ski area (48km).

Well-groomed garden with sunbathing lawn, children's playground, table tennis, covered terrace and BBQ site.

The apartment for 2-7 people is about 90m² and consists of a large kitchen and three bedrooms, and a south-facing balcony.
Each bedroom has its own shower with toilet, satellite TV and radio.
The apartment can be extended by two double rooms on request (approx. 140 m²).
The kitchen is very spacious and comfortably furnished and offers you every comfort: dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, stove with oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, flat-screen satellite TV with USB connection, radio with CD player and free Wireless Internet access.
