Deutsch: Für gemütliche Abende ist die Ferienwohnung mit einem Fernseher ausgestattet.
Der Balkon bietet frische Luft und Entspannung direkt an Ihrer Unterkunft. Auch interessant: Eine Waschmaschine steht auch zur Verfügung.
Die Unterkunft liegt ideal für Strandliebhaber.
Das ist auch toll: Handtücher sind inklusive. Bei uns sind allerdings nur kleine Hunde willkommen, keine Katzen. Das Rauchen ist in dieser Ferienwohnung absolut verboten, auch auf dem Balkon.
Die Reinigungsgebühren sind lediglich auf eine übliche Endreinigung kalkuliert. Hinterlassen Sie das Apartment genauso, wie Sie es vorgefunden haben. Sollte die Reinigung aufgrund von Flecken, grobem Schmutz, Fingerabdrücken auf Fenstern, Türen oder Lichtschaltern, extrem verschmutzter Handtücher oder Bettwäsche, sowie Müll-Beseitigung und ähnlichem verlängern, werden diese Gebühren von der Kaution abgezogen. Daher wird die Kaution bei Übergabe der Wohnung in Bar hinterlegt und erst nach Besichtigung der Wohnung am Abreisetag zurückerstattet, bzw. überwiesen.

Español: Para las veladas acogedoras, el piso de vacaciones está equipado con un televisor.
El balcón ofrece aire fresco y relajación justo en su alojamiento. También es interesante: hay una lavadora disponible.
El alojamiento tiene una ubicación ideal para los amantes de la playa.
Eso también es genial: las toallas están incluidas. Las mascotas en forma de perros pequeños son bienvenidos aquí. Gatos no! Está prohibido fumar en este piso de vacaciones, tambien en los balcones.
Los gastos de limpieza sólo se calculan sobre una limpieza final habitual. Deje el piso exactamente como lo encontró. En caso de que la limpieza lleve más tiempo debido a manchas, suciedad gruesa, huellas dactilares en ventanas, puertas o interruptores de la luz, toallas o ropa de cama extremadamente sucias, así como la retirada de basura y similares, estos honorarios se deducirán de la fianza. Por lo tanto, la fianza se pagará en efectivo a la entrega del piso y sólo se reembolsará o transferirá tras la inspección del piso el día de salida.

The accommodation is ideally located for beach lovers.
That's also great: towels are included. Pets in form of small dogs are welcome here. No cats allowed. Smoking is prohibited in this holiday flat, also on the balconies.
The cleaning fees are calculated only on a usual final cleaning. Leave the apartment exactly as you found it. Should the cleaning take longer due to stains, gross dirt, fingerprints on windows, doors or light switches, extremely dirty towels or bed linen, as well as garbage removal and the like, these fees will be deducted from the deposit. Therefore, the deposit will be paid in cash upon handover of the apartment and will be returned or transferred only after inspection of the apartment on the day of departure.

Deutsch: Ein abgeschlossener Garagenplatz kann für 5,00/Tag zusätzlich gebucht werden.
Warmwasser und der Gasherd werden über eine große Gasflasche erzeugt/bedient. Es ist immer eine zusätzliche volle Gasflasche vorhanden, die aber, sobald eine Gasflasche leer ist, selbst dazugekauft werden muss (aktuell 17Euro). Leider kann auf den Gasflaschen nicht gesehen werden, wie viel Gas noch vorhanden ist. Daher immer eine volle Gasflasche in der Wohnung hinterlassen und eine mit Gas gefüllte angeschlossen lassen.
W-Lan kann für 35 Euro pro Monat zusätzlich gebucht werden (schnelle Glasfaser-Leitung)

Español: Se puede reservar una plaza de garaje cerrada adicionalmente por 5,00/día.
El agua caliente y la cocina de gas se producen/accionan a través de una botella de butano. Siempre hay una botella de gas llena adicional disponible, pero si una botella de gas se vacía, tienes que comprarla tú mismo (actualmente 17 euros). Lamentablemente, no es posible ver en las botellas de gas cuánto gas queda. Por lo tanto, deje siempre una botella de gas llena en el piso y otra instalada - aun con gas.
Wi-Fi se puede reservar adicionalmente por 35 euros al mes (línea rápida de fibra óptica). No es posible de reservar la línea por menos de un mes.

English: A locked garage space can be booked additionally for 5,00/day.
Hot water and the gas cooker are produced/operated via a large gas bottle. There is always an additional full gas bottle available, but as soon as a gas bottle is empty, you have to buy it yourself (currently 17 euros). Unfortunately, it is not possible to see on the gas bottles how much gas is left. Therefore, always leave a full gas bottle in the flat additionally to the one installed - that has to have gas, too.
W-Lan can be booked additionally for 35 euros per month (fast fibre optic line) - it is not possible to book it for less than a month.
