Outzeit is located in Bachwinkl on the outskirts of the idyllic Maria Alm am Steinernen Meer and offers plenty of space for up to 4 people with well over 60 m². The unique panoramic view of the mountain range, a swimming pool in the house, and numerous opportunities for relaxation and active holidays make this small holiday home a very special refuge.
Experience a unique holiday in the beautiful mountain world of the Pinzgauer Alps at Steinernen Meer. From our Outzeit, you can directly start on hiking and mountain biking trails in summer and reach the ski slopes at Hochkönig within walking distance in winter. Ideal for an active outdoor holiday or a timeout in the tranquility of nature.

We have equipped Outzeit very lovingly, high-quality, and modern for you. The more than 60 m² two-room apartment is ideal for 1-4 people. Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.


Sleeping:
The holiday apartment features a bedroom with a cozy box spring bed (180 × 200 cm) and plenty of storage space for your personal belongings. In addition to a large wardrobe, you also have a small console, a clothes ladder, a reading chair, and a sofa bed available. This can be easily unfolded with a few simple steps and invites you to sit comfortably. You have direct access to the two-part terrace from the bedroom.
Fitted sheets for the mattresses are provided. Towels and bed linen can be booked at an additional cost.


Living & Dining:
In the living/dining area, you have a large, fully equipped kitchenette with plenty of dishes and extensive kitchen equipment at your disposal. The large dining table with a bench and chairs provides enough space for 4-6 guests to sit together.
In the living area, separated by a room divider, there is a high-quality sofa bed with slatted frame and topper (150 x 200 cm). Alongside a Smart TV with DVD player and soundbar, you will also find a small collection of books and games available. Thus, you can also spend days with bad weather comfortably.
From the living area, there is also direct access to the large terrace.


Terrace:
The well over 20 m² divided panoramic terrace with direct views of the mountains features a large dining table with 6 chairs on the living side, as well as lounge furniture for 4 people on the bedroom side. A sun umbrella is also available for hot summer days.


Bathroom:
The bathroom is accessible via the hallway and features a toilet and a combination of bathtub and shower.


Miscellaneous:
In front of the house, there is a large parking lot with winter snow removal services provided by the caretaker. The house has an elevator and two transport carts for your luggage at the main entrance level. The laundry room in the attic includes two washing machines and a dryer (each requiring 50 cents) and clotheslines, available for communal use at designated times. On the level of Outzeit, there is a swimming pool with panoramic views and a table tennis room. The house also features a ski and mountain bike cellar.
