The apartment for 2-5 people is located on the 1st floor of a vacation home, only about 500 meters from the Achterwasser (Nepperminer See). There is also a fireplace in the living room. The Baltic seaside resort of Bansin is approx. 8 km away. The apartment has a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, flat screen TV, radio/CD, dining table, partly with a fireplace), bedroom (double bed, flat screen TV), kitchenette (electric stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, mini oven, various kitchen appliances), shower/WC, central heating, WLAN. A crib and a high chair can be provided. There is a furnished outdoor area, an outdoor pool (not heated), a barbecue area, a bicycle storage room, a trampoline and a parking lot.)

Neppermin is a beautifully laid out village directly on the Achterwasser, approx. 8 km from the Baltic seaside resorts of Bansin and Ückeritz. On the shore there are hiking and biking trails, a bathing area, a promenade, a boat and bicycle rental, a children's playground, a barbecue and campfire site and horseback riding. A golf course is approx. 2 km away.
