On the ground floor, discover a welcoming living room perfect for relaxing moments. The open kitchen is equipped with essential amenities to ensure convenient meal preparations. Ascending upstairs, you'll find the attic bedrooms that promise peaceful slumber.

The cottage is 3km from the town of Arzano. A mix of deep valleys, rivers, groves... Ideal for nature lovers. Discover the monuments such as the Saint-Pierre aux Liens church, the Saint-Laurent chapel or the Roch mill which dates from the 16th century. The cottage forms with other farms a large seigniorial estate for agricultural purposes, which belonged to the Kerouallan family of Quimperlé who acquired it in 1834. The estate was later divided into 4 different properties.
