The bedrooms can be found on the first floor, one of which has an upper level accessible via a ladder, not suitable for young children. Delight yourself with the piano on the first-floor landing, before stepping outside to admire the scenic views of city roofs and the nearby islands.
The villa's location provides easy access on foot to notable places such as St Bernard Park's gardens, Villa Noailles, St Paul's collegiate church, and the old medieval castle of Hyères.
However, note that there's no garage or private parking available; public parking is about 300m away. Access to the property is through alleys suitable for smaller vehicles.
