This stunning property, steeped in history and surrounded by lavender and sunflowers, is the epitome of a French resort. On the second floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two further bedrooms sharing a family bathroom. Outside, pretty terraces with tables and chairs offer lovely views of the countryside and steps lead down to a private swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 1.40 m, alarm protected), which is located about 40 m below the terrace. Note that there is a second vacation apartment (for 12 people) on the same property with its own amenities, including private pool and parking. The tennis court is shared with the residents of this second rental apartment. The apartment is surrounded by greenery. The stores are about 3 km away in Saint-Astier.
