Three holiday apartments in a country house with a shared pool and a big Mediterranean garden, near Morro d’Alba and the beaches of Senigallia, with a range of trips and leisure activities available.

This country house with a shared pool is surrounded by a 5000m² Mediterranean landscaped garden and is in the Marche region in Italy on a hill above the Adriatic. The property is near the town of Morro d’Alba and it is easy to get to Ancona airport.

The country house has been completely restored and is divided into three fully furnished apartments. They are designed so that they can be booked either individually or as three apartments all together next to each other for a total of 16 people.

The big garden features a pool for shared use. You can sunbathe on the deckchairs after a refreshing dip or look for a shady spot under the old trees and enjoy the peace and quiet and the view. There are ten parking spaces on the fenced site with an electronic gate.

You can go on a range of optional day trips and enjoy various leisure activities, such as wine tasting, a visit to an olive grove with oil pressing, a ceramics course in Gubbio, riding excursions or mountain tours. If you do not feel like being active you can simply spend long days on the beach and enjoy doing sweet nothing. You can have lunch in the local restaurants with regional specialities. Free wireless Internet access is available in the house.

The country house is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and beautiful, medieval, fortified towns. It is just a ten-minute drive to the golden yellow, fine sandy beaches of Senigallia, a renowned seaside resort famous for the popular “Summer Jamboree”. Morro d’Alba two minutes away by car is well-known for its award-winning red wine “Lacrima di Morro d’Alba”. The towns of Gubbio, Urbino, Loreto, Ancona and the Republic of San Marino are all within an hour’s drive. The nearest grocery shop is 2km away.

Dieses 150 m² große Apartment befindet sich im ersten Stock auf der linken Seite und ist für sechs bis acht Personen ausgelegt. Sie gelangen direkt in zwei große Wohnzimmer mit Sofas, Sesseln und Couchtischen und dann weiter in die große Küche mit Kochinsel, die mit einem Holzofen, Grill, Kamin, Gasherd, Mikrowelle, einen großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und Kochutensilien für acht Personen ausgestattet ist. Auf der rechten Seite der Küche befindet sich das Esszimmer mit einem Tisch und Platz für acht Personen sowie ein weiteres Wohnzimmer mit zwei bequemen Sesseln und einer ausziehbaren Schlafcouch für zwei Personen (165 x 190 cm). Wenn man zurück durch die Wohnräume geht, gelangt man an eine Treppe, die zu den Schlafzimmern und dem Bad im Obergeschoss führt. Das moderne, hell geflieste Badezimmer hat ein Fenster und ist voll ausgestattet mit Wanne, Dusche, WC sowie Waschbecken mit Spiegel und Badschränken. Auf der rechten Seite befindet sich das Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett (170 x 190 cm), zu Ihrer Linken gibt es ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten (83 x 190 cm) , die auf Wunsch auch zu einem Doppelbett zusammengeschoben werden können. Am oberen Ende der Treppe liegt dann noch das kleinere Dachgeschoss, wo Ihnen ebenfalls zwei Einzelbetten (83 x 190 cm), die zu einem Doppelbett zusammengestellt werden können, zur Verfügung stehen. Das Apartment hat im ersten Stock im Kochbereich und den drei Wohnzimmern eine Klimaanlage, die gegen Gebühr genutzt werden kann.

    “PRO: posizione spettacolare, parcheggio interno all'ombra, cucina e bagni indipendenti, disponibilità piscina, disponibilità barbecue, giardino, ambiente fresco senza necessità A/C se non in casi estremi, patio fruibile per pranzi/cene in esterna, cucina ampia e fornita di molte stoviglie, frigo enorme, tavolo ampio e comodo, disponibile seggiolone e stendino.
    Host molto cordiale e disponibile.

    CONTRO: fornitura dell'appartamento diversa da quanto in annuncio (non c'era lettino bimbo, forno e lavastoviglie non funzionavano, non c'era bollitore e macchina caffé, microonde molto sporco e parzialmente rotto-->saputo tutto all'arrivo). Bagno molto piccolo e doccia funzionante ma fatiscente. Presente un armadio piccolo, le cassettiere sono quasi tutte occupate da altro. Materasso adatto a soggiorni molto brevi. In generale appartamento molto puzzolente, probabilmente causa fossa biologica dietro a una porta non accessibile, ci siamo molto accontentati.
    Porta finestra che dà accesso alla casa con serratura non funzionante (saputo all'arrivo) pertanto l'appartamento rimane aperto e solo chiuso da una persiana in legno.
    Interruttore scaldabagno nell'appartamento di sopra pertanto se qualcuno schiaccia per sbaglio il tastino non c'è più acqua calda e bisogna chiamare l'host che deve ripristinare tutto.
    Griglia sopravento all'appartamento, un gruppo di turisti ha fatto grigliata di pesce ed è entrato tutto il fumo e l'odore di diavolina liquida in appartamento rendendo invivibile l'appartamento, per risolvere abbiamo dovuto barricare la stanza e accendere la cappa della cucina...che comunque non ha risolto la situazione.

    Ci tornerei solo con una sincera ristrutturazione, lo stabile è davvero molto molto bello ed è un peccato che sia così.”
