The holiday home, renovated in 2010 is modern furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For use are available: sunbathing area, sun lounger, children's playground, sandpit, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, fire place and court. Petting zoo with guinea pigs and rabbits. Use the rowing boat, fishing trips and smokehouse by appointment on site. Information for pet owners: the owner ask that pets do not leave the ground.

The house is a ca 250 years old forge, which has been lovingly restored and converted into a semi-detached house. Both semi-detached houses RUE SUE 050 and RUE SUE 051 (each with a maximum of 5 adults and 1 baby) are set up the same way and can also be booked together. The house is located at the nature reserve "Schoritzer Wiek". Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.
