The house is perfect for families and couples who wish to have truly relaxing holiday. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living part with a kitchen and dining space. In the basement you can find a sauna. The swimming pool is equipped with counter-current system and nice lighting effects. Part of it is adjusted for children. In front of the house there is also a small pond with exotic fish. From the terrace there is a beautiful view on the sea and islands. Natural pebble beach is located ca. 1250 m away. Kastela is a historical town with seven parts connected by a beautiful promenade and with plenty of pebble beaches. Here you will find all necessary facilities and an excellent marina. Make sure to visit the towns of Split (9 km) and Trogir (12 km).
