This modern townhouse, built in 2004, is located in the quiet development of „Las Mimosa“, offers plenty of room to relax and accommodates four people. Four patios are available for sun bathing. The house is located on a fully fenced in property and has approximately 105 m2 of living space, which is spread out over three floors.
The ground floor is accessible via three steps that lead to the first patio. The patio is furnished with a table and chairs. It is a wonderful spot for enjoying your morning coffee. If you prefer shade, simply open the sun shade or enjoy a shady afternoon here. From the patio, you enter into the living room, which is furnished with a fireplace, a dining room table for four, a two and a three seater sofa, air conditioning (warm/cold settings) and a television with satellite reception. The ground floor also offers a separate toilet for guests. A small hallway leads to the fully furnished kitchen, offering a stove, a microwave, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and a large refrigerator, as well as several small appliances, such as a mixer, a toaster and a kettle - everything you need. The first floor boasts a bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and a ceiling fan, a bathroom with a whirlpool and a large utility room. There is also a sun terrace on the first floor. On the second floor, you will find another bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and an air conditioning unit (warm/cold settings), as well as a bathroom with a shower and a patio protected from view.
From the kitchen, you can access the courtyard with seating accommodation, a large table and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The courtyard is shady in the morning and sunny in the afternoon. The utility room, equipped with a washer and dryer, is located next to the patio. The pool area and a quiet area are located in the interior of the complex and can be used year- round.
Some shops, restaurants and bars are easily accessible on foot from the townhouse. The surrounding golf courses (Las Ramblas, Villamartin, Real Club de Golf Campoamor) are only a few minutes' drive by car.
