Finca with three separate properties and a community pool on Son Macia; adults only; relax and enjoy the stunning views

This finca is located on a hill, so you can enjoy stunning views. It is located about one kilometre from Son Macia. Son Macia is near Portocolom, Felantix and Manacor. The finca dates back to the 18th century.

It offers the ideal place to relax with a high level of comfort.

Embedded in the beautiful, Mediterranean garden, is the community pool with the patio. There are several pavilions with sun loungers, where you can relax. Parking is available on the property as well.

The finca is a stunning hillside property, offering beautiful views. We rent to adults only, making it a great place for couples who have no children, grown children or are travelling without their children. No matter what the reason for your stay - you are sure to enjoy yourself here. Each apartment and guest house has its own entrance and patio. Each guest can enjoy his/her privacy here, yet you can always meet other guests in the communal areas if you so wish.

Son Macia has a bakery, a supermarket, a pharmacy, restaurants and bars. Enjoy a nice meal at Can Besso and Can Pelut or a drink after dinner at Nou. The Finca is located at the edge of a forest where you can hike, go running or take bicycle tours. It is also not far from the beaches in Manacor and Felantix. Son Macia has about 500 residents and is located on the Llevant Valley. It is a jewel where you can relax and enjoy peace and quiet. Fangar Forest (400 hectares) runs all the way from the western border of the Finca to San Salvador Monastery. It is just a few minutes’ drive to the beaches of Cala sa Nou, Cala Romantik or Cala Vasquez. It is six kilometres to Manacor and Felanitx, where you can find all sorts of shops. Golf courses abound on Mallorca - some are just a few minutes’ drive.

The FincaOase Can Negre - Adults Only, lies in the south east of Mallorca, outside the small and quaint village of Son Macia, near Manacor/Felanitx/Portocolom. 

This 56 m² apartment is ideal for two people and is located on the southeast side of the main house. It consists of a large living room with sitting and dining area and a small, well-equipped kitchenette, a separate bedroom with a 160 cm wide double bed and a small shower room. Two terraces belong to the apartment. The front terrace is partially covered and equipped with seating furniture and a charcoal grill where you can cook delicious steaks or other delicacies. The rear terrace, accessible from the bedroom, is equipped with cocktail chairs.

On the property there is a large communal pool that is accessible to all guests, where you can find separate loungers and seating areas, which ensure a lot of relaxation and recreation. The garden area of the finca is Mediterranean and traditional with small details that make it to something very special. 

The FincaOase Can Negre captivates by its sole hillside location, from where you can expect a magnificent view and plenty of peace. That is why it is also run for several years child-free. So you can enjoy the peace and quiet for two and recharge your batteries. Another special feature of FincaOase Can Negre is that each apartment or guest house has its own entrance and its own terraces, so you do not disturb anyone and are not disturbed yourself.

The hilly location of FincaOase Can Negre offers not only a fantastic view of the Tramuntana Mountains in the north, but also of the monastery of Sant Salvador, located in Felanitx, and the beautiful nature around the finca. The village of Son Macia is located about 1 km from the FincaOasis Can Negre. Here you get, in a supermarket a pharmacy, a bakery, everything you need for daily use. Also the two restaurants Can Besso and Can Pelut, as well as the Bar Nou provide for the physical well-being and leave nothing to be desired. The FincaOase Can Negre is the ideal starting point for all nature / hiking and sports enthusiasts. The direct forest edge location to the Finca Es Fangar offers joggers, hikers and walkers an ideal route. The nearby beaches such as Cala sa Nau, Cala Romantik, Cala Varquez can be reached in just a few minutes by car. The towns of Manacor and Felanitx are only 6 km away and offer many shopping opportunities! Golf courses are many in Mallorca and some can be reached in a few minutes by car.
