This inviting house with annex and private pool, is set on a hillside with beautiful views to enjoy. The 1st floor of the property consists of a living room with fireplace and covered terrace. On the ground floor there is another living room with kitchen corner and bedroom (blind windows). A real comfortable home from home space to enjoy. 10 m from the main building you will find the annex with a living room with kitchen corner and 1 bedroom. The property also boasts a large, completely fenced outdoor area with a gorgeous swimming pool. There are two large terraces (1 is covered) and an equipped gazebo with barbecue perfect for alfresco dining and relaxing in the evenings. Set in a great locati0on be sure to visit places like the small medieval town of Montone (6km), Umbertide (12km), Città di Castello (15km), and the stunning Lake Trasimeno (35km). Within only 1 hour drive you can reach the beautiful art cities such as: Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Arezzo, Cortona. And only 600 m away is the speedway E45 for Rome. The nearest supermarket is only 3 km away in Promano.
